Overview
This page provides support for the Client Access VPN Portal.  The Client Access Portal provides employees and workforce partners that want to connect to TE resources while working remotely from a TE managed device.

Software (PKI)
Profile
The Cisco AnyConnect Profile provides the AnyConnect client information on how to connect to the TE VPN infrastructure for managed TE devices.  This file may become corrupt and as such may need to be reinstalled.  Below is a link to the profile file and the location on supported devices where the profile resides:

Windows 7:
   C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile
MAC OS X:
   /opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile
Preferences
The AnyConnect Preferences file saves user specific settings for the AnyConnect client.  There are times when this file can become corrupt.  If this occurs, the easiest thing to do is to exit the AnyConnect client, delete the preferences file and then restart the AnyConnect client.
